After being diagnosed with endometriosis, I had a significant set back after I stopped taking hormonal birth control. I would be in pain for at least a week during every cycle and very limited in what I could do. Marissa worked hard to figure out a treatment plan that worked with my cycle, researched the condition throughly, and listed to everything I had to say. I started needing acupuncture once a week. However, we saw so much improvement that I was able to pair down to only the most difficult parts of my cycle.
